The Attack Spider creates a great 'startle effect' to scare woodpeckers away and some other birds, too.
The Attack Spider can be hung wherever nuisance woodpeckers are a problem.
When the woodpecker begins his loud 'pecking', the sound-activated spider drops quickly and startlingly from where it's hung and then climbs back up the 18 in. string!
Woodpeckers can't stand it!
The Attack Spider is a plump fellow and measures about 9 in. long and 8 in. wide overall.
His legs move back and forth and he makes a startling noise as he climbs back up the string.
Although not 'waterproof', he usually can be kept out of rainy weather if located under the eaves of the house, where woodpeckers are usually the biggest problems.
Otherwise, just bring him in out of the rain if used elsewhere.

Developed by a pest control operator, the Attack Spider has been successfully scaring away woodpeckers for quite some time.
