Credit card information is not stored on our server to offer our customers enhanced security.
Privacy: We believe in earning our customer's trust by respecting our customer's privacy. We will never sell, share or offer any of your personal information to any third parties. We use the information we collect when you make a purchase with us only for processing your order.
We do give you the option of being on our e-mail list if you would like to receive occasional emails about our specials, promotions or info of interest. We never spam our customers!
If for some reason you choose to come off of our email list, instructions to do so are clearly noted in emails you get, or simply email us to do so. Our Privacy Policy will not be changed or amended...that's just the way we do it. Period. Cookies: Our site may use "cookies" to assist in the checkout process. We would like to assure our customers that they are used for ordering purposes only and not for tracking purposes of any kind. You will note our cookies expire within 48 hours.

Other Forms of Payment You can choose to pay by check or money order, too. We will ship your order out promptly upon receipt of payment and - if it is a personal check - once the check clears. Warranties, Returns and Satisfied Customers Information
Warranty Information All products we sell come with a manufacturer's warranty and defects will usually be replaced by our business. Warranty information is always included with the item, or feel free to contact us for specific information.
Satisfaction Guarantee: All our products come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee! We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you do not believe that what you bought from us is working for you, we will replace, exchange the item or give you a refund, as you choose. Shipping costs back to us will be the responsiibility of the customer.
Returning an item to us: If you need to return an item, please obtain a Return Authorization first. Here's how:
- If you created an account with us when you made your purchase, simply log in to your account with your email and password (we can email it to you if you forgot it). Locate the appropriate order in your order history and from that order you may request a return authorization. We will then be notified of the details of the return and will either approve or deny the request.

If you have not created an account, then please click here to email us. Please provide us with your order number, your name, the item(s) you want to return and reason for return. If approved,will generate a return authorization for you.

All returns must receive a Return Authorization to properly process your refund or replacement.

Please read this other Important Information: Under certain circumstances, we retain the option to refuse a returned item and to send it back to the customer at their expense, OR make the returned item subject to a 20% restocking charge. Here is an example of this type of circumstance: a customer states that they misordered an item, that it was not used and that it is being returned as new. However, upon inspection, the item clearly has been used, it is soiled or it is not resellable as new.
Returns and Our Shipping Policy: 1.) If an item fails due to a manufacturer defect within 45 days of arriving to you:
First, contact us for a Return Goods Authorization (see above).
We will then mail you a shipping label for returning the product. Plus, we will send you a replacement item at no charge to you.
We cannot refund the original shipping amount, however.
Under our Customer Satisfaction Policy, we will take back products within 30 days if you are not pleased with it. Under these circumstances, all shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility. We inspect all items for defect issues prior to refunding the purchase price.
We recommend that all returns be insured, trackable and shipped the most economical method possible. Important note: we cannot be responsible for crediting or replacing an item that we never actually receive.
Shipping and Ordering Information We strive to offer the lowest shipping prices possible and offer several shipping options that you may select upon checkout. We primarily recommend UPS OR FedEx due to the tracking and insurance features that they offer. We do also ship U.S. Priority Mail upon request. The choice is yours when you checkout.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of when you place it.Our hours of opertion are Tuesday-Friday The exceptions are this:
- UPS/FedEx does not pick up or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays. Any order placed after approximately 11:00 AM PST Friday will ship out on Tuesday. Any order placed after approximately 11:00 AM Saturday will ship out on Tuesday. - US Postal Service does not pickup or deliver on Sunday.
Please understand that these are the constraints of the shippers.
You will receive an email notification of your order shortly after you place your order.
Should we experience a temporary out-of-stock situation or backorder problem that isn't noted when you check out, we will notify you promptly.
International Orders Currently we are not offering international shipping.

2.) We're Customer-oriented We listen and respond to our customers. We also believe in selling products that work. If something doesn't work, we won't sell it. We're here to answer your questions too. Feel free to email or call us.
3.) Low Shipping Prices We do not get you going with a low price and then make it up with high shipping. We shop on-line too and we hate that when it happens to us! We don't sell our products at some ridiculously low price and then make up for it with artificially high shipping costs. Shipping is calculated at the current carrier rates and we do not tack on any "handling charges" or stuff like that.
4.) Price Matching Policy Our wholesale and retail affiliations offer us the buying power to offer great products at what we believe to be some of the lowest - if not the lowest prices around! If we don't have the lowest price, let us know. Email us the site link or another way that we can verify a lower price and we'll beat it by 5%! Please note: we will factor shipping costs into the overall price equation because some retailers may charge "less" for the product but then really get you with much higher shipping costs. Note:we will not be able to match closeout or clearance prices offered by other retailers.
5.) Satisfaction Assurance If you think that something you bought from us does not do what we claim it will, we will replace it or refund you the purchase price, as you prefer. Please see above "Satisfaction Guarantee and Return " information.
